Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Burwash, Waterhouse Funeral Directors has been providing professional, compassionate funeral services to our local community since 1926.
Our office is located on High Street, easily recognised by our two little red doors.
With over four generations of experience, our family-run team is committed to delivering bespoke funeral services, from simple cremations to elaborate celebrations of life, serving families throughout East Sussex and Kent.

Location-Specific Guidance
Our historic High Street location in Burwash is easily accessible. The office sits directly on the A265, providing a direct link between Heathfield (West) and Etchingham/Hawkhurst (East).
There is some on street parking, alternatively please use the Village Car Park, which is located almost opposite our office.

Please do not attempt to access our premises in a vehicle through our narrow arch, unless under supervision from a member of our staff.
Opening Hours
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Appointments are not required but preferred.
Out of hours available 24/7.
